<p>i heard that they have 3 categories: accept, defer/accept, reject/defer, reject. and the interview really only makes a difference if you’re in defer/accept or reject/defer category. is this true? (i kind of doubt it)</p>

<p>^^ It’s very possible for them to have your decision done by the time of the interview. It’d be impossible for the adcoms to do all of them after December 1st.</p>
<p>^Although I suppose nothing is completely finalized. They could always alter a decision if someone has an awful interview. But someone could definitely be in a “pile” at the point of his interview.</p>

It comes out the day before my AP Calc, AP English Lit, and AP Gov finals. If I don’t get in I don’t think I’ll really feel like studying. If I do get in I don’t think I’ll really feel like studying…</p>
