I just registered for myUSPS since I got the Wash U thing too before decisions came out. I keep telling myself it’s ok if I’m rejected since I am accepted to Wash U, which is my #1 apart from the Ivies.
Cant wait to get rejected :)>-
wow everyone is so depressed here lol… Have confidence in yourself! If you get rejected you get rejected… Sometimes it’s not meant to be. Trust in your ability and if you have the qualifications, hooks and compelling essays, just remember they have to admit SOMEBODY. We can do this!!
I’m pulling for Yale, odds are slim but I give myself a 35% chance with a 2240 SAT, 4.5 GPA and many AP’s, hispanic and compelling essays. You can be perfect and not get in, so frankly I don’t expect much tomorrow. If not Yale, I’m probably heading to Duke

Why didn’t Yale and Harvard send out the emails to inform the releasing date and time???
I think they’ll email applicants when decisions are available. Maybe, they think it’s waste of time

Just want to wish you a little calm and patience today. It will be a very long and distracting day. Last year they didn’t send an email saying when to log in. They only sent an email at 5:30 telling you that you could. My kid couldn’t get into the server for close to 45 min so be patient. She sat on the couch watching a sad movie with her closest friend and quietly checked over and over until she looked up and said with a numb look on her face,“I’m going to Yale”. Good or bad, this is a big moment because you took the chance. That alone is huge. Fingers crossed and the very best wishes to you all.

Hello everyone. I can’t believe I just created an account because of this forum. I wish everyone the best of luck. I applied to 3 Ivies: Yale, Columbia, and Dartmouth. My heart keeps racing. I really want to get into Yale! I listed my intended majors as History and either Global Studies or Computer Science. I can’t remember and I’m a little too lazy to check, sorry…I also sent in an art supplement.
So far I have been accepted to Carnegie Mellon, wait listed at UChicago, and wait listed at Washington and Lee. I don’t think my chances are too good, but I guess all I can do is hope at this point.
Anyone knows if EA Deferred will have the decision today the same way, same time as RD? Thanks.
@SteinerR yes, deferred EA applicants are in the same pool as RD applicants and will get decisions today at 5 PM.
