While somewhat flattering, every school has different admission practices. I have gotten into some schools, while other decisions have been seemingly confusing and depressing.
I do not want to conflate individual successes with just empty guesses.

I did not, but I’ve had a TON of issues with my CSS Profile and IDOC submissions. Something is up with my portal on the College Board’s end of things. I emailed all of my schools about it a long time ago, though, and everyone said it was a soft deadline and not to worry. It could be related to that as well.
Yes! they disappeared for me about a week ago… I also didn’t apply for aid and was deferred. I had the verification form in January, but it disappeared soon after (maybe bc I didn’t apply for aid?) I’m not sure, but kinda freaking out with this lol
We just received a request for verification of dependent student form on idocs. Is this the same verification form being discussed? Sorry, I’m so confused 
Does receiving the verification of dependent student form this late mean anything? My daughter just got it today.
Yes. Same form as Verification of Household Information. Did you get email from Yale directly or from College Board/IDOC?

No it wasn’t there before. I was definitely concerned about that when I saw everyone on the thread discussing it because she didn’t have one.
Same happened with my daughter. Ask came through IDOC 3/6. I know we are all speculating, but seems odd to ask for this so late in the game unless financial aid office has been told to put together fin aid package. There is no way they are doing this for approx. 50k applicants.
The weird thing is, I have the form but I’m an international student and haven’t had any interview.
The form has no relation with an interview. International students might not always receive an interview.
Nah I’m simply referring to the fact that ppl here and in A2C/I2U are saying it’s a good thing to have the form. As for the interview, most ppl accepted from overrepresented countries have one right?

To those who have the Dependent Student Verification form, does it appear in your FA checklist? It’s not in mine and now I’m concerned.
