<p>i decided last night, after reviewing brochures from about a half dozen colleges that yale ea was my best choice.</p>
<p>yea i gotta say i am quite embarrassed to like CC.</p>
<p>CC is addictive and probably bad for you. It makes me totally depressed, yet, I can’t seem to stay away.</p>

<p>i agree- i don’t know that cc is exactly something i “like”, its more something that i just can’t stop going to, despite my best intentions. and its also really depressing–every chances post seems to reveal yet another minority with a 4.0 uw gpa, 2400, presidency of 12 clubs, award winning poetry and astrophysics research, and quadruple legacy. yet, i hope that the rest of us can stand a chance… is anyone else absolutely terrified?</p>
<p>I think even the 4.0 uw, 2400 president-of-the-world people are scared. If they aren’t, they should be. We are at the mercy of Yale adcoms, and if they happen to be looking for a historian while an equally qualified person is a biochemist, tough luck for the latter.</p>
<p>i hate how they already expect us to be ‘historians’ or ‘chemists’. im good if theyre looking for teenagers though… i guess shopper would accurately describe me, lol.</p>
<p>hahah, this whole process is terrifying. i sort of with i was born in '87 so I could just be in college already.</p>
<p>oh yeah, i’d like to do molec bio for a major as well, but then again, I’m not too sure.</p>
<p>I should have put “someone interested in history” and “someone interested in biochemistry” instead. Less intimidating :)</p>

<p>90% of CC is a bunch of ppl who study 24/7 and worry about 30 more sat points. I’d say the other 10% of CC ppl only browse… and maybe less than 1% of CC users go to an ivy league.</p>

<p>I want to go to Yale because of the abounding awesomeness. When I first visited, the awesomeness nearly made me pass out. Since then, it has been my dream to a school so awesome that I will faint at regular intervals just from the sheer strength of the awesomeness vibes.</p>

<p>i can’t wait to visit yale again this fall… ill be there for yale model congress, nov 10-13 if anyone wants to meet up :)</p>
<p>cuz its fabulous for academics and parties. the best of both worlds, by far. also, the film department is supposed to be pretty good.</p>
