I have a lot of warm clothing in HI, which is VERY handy when I travel, as I tend to get cold easily. Iām am currently well-provisioned, but it sounds like many got amazing deals.
I like Columbia and especially their omnitech that helps reflect heat back and keep me warm with minimal bulk.
Well that was frustrating!! No, bluebell is NOT available. Their website is all screwy. I tried to get the order changed and the guy on the phone was not very helpful. He first said Id have to order another one and then return the one I dont want AT MY COST (um, NO - they were the ones who said the one I wanted was out of stock). He also said they could only change an order within 90 minutes). Then he said Id have to call back when the new one came and REQUEST a complimentary label with no guarantee. Then he finally agreed to send me a complimentary label now, and then, when he tried to order the bluebell for me, it was not available. Complete waste of time. Then he said maybe their system is having problems and I should call back tomorrow. Sorry, have other things on my agenda tomorrow. This was frustrating and disappointing. We have a conversation about customer service and he complained about Amazonās customer service (Ive had no problem with Amazonās CS). Funny thing-- he is in York, PA and uses as a dermatologist my old friend from elementary school. So, bottom line, I will have 2 of the miami color (for me and DIL). No bluebell (which Id have preferred for DIL). But I am done. Very annoying, to be honest.

I give up. They show as available but when I tried to buy them they are not. The customer service guy couldnāt get it to work. He said when it goes into the ā5 items or less are availableā its glitchy and unreliable on their end. So even if it does show as available it might not be. Iāll make do with what I ordered (though it hasnāt shipped yet-- I only got the order confirmation- nothing more.). But thanks anyway.
