Ok, I went to the WHBM website to test my codes on top of sale.
It looks as if they closed the loophole of getting extra off of specially priced items.
And it looks like only WHBM branded dresses are marked down. If it’s another brand (they carry very limited gowns mostly that are not WHBM), they are not on sale right now. Ok, looked again and some of the gowns aren’t on sale and some are. So no idea what the rhyme and reason is. But the majority of dresses are 30% off. Lol!
Stopped at the nursery a few days ago and saw a group of droopy potted hydrangeas marked down from $39 to $12. A few days of tlc and they rebounded beautifully!
On a spicy note, I just received my 5/25 order, but still waiting on the H and S box.
Thanks ladies… you’re helping convince me. I will likely order it and then see if I find something better.
I’ve never purchased anything in that store, but that dress was in the entrance the other day and I tried it on. They also had another dress I like, that’s reversible (I’ve never owned a reversible dress), but I won’t be buying both.
If you want summery and flowy, take a look at Sundance Catalog and see if anything interests you. They often run sales as well or you can fish online for a coupon code.
I don’t mind the yellow or style of the WHBM dress. I’m not a fan of the floral print in brown though.
I just tried the Kohl’s 30% discount code, and it said it’s an upcoming offer. Thanks for posting. I’ll try again in a few days.
As for the high/low dress style. I’ve seen several women wearing them lately. On the one hand I sort of like them, and one the other they look kind of silly. But I can see it at a wedding. I like both dresses. Does White House/Black Market have petite sizes? I’ve never shopped there.
I have recently received $100, $150 and now $200 e-certs for United flights we took from HNL to CA and back last month. There were issues, the last being a 20.5 hour delay in returning home. The ticket was under $800, so got more than 50% refunded in e-certain due to problems encountered. Dunno, I’d this a good buy? We do use the certificates to discount future travel.
