"I can guarantee you wont be making 2.5 Mil in twenty years, let alone have a 13 Mil house…'

speak for yourself. never underestimate others’ potential.

;)

Oh yeah? Maybe YOU won’t make 2.5MM and live in a 13MM house. Watch me make 2.5MM and live in a 13MM house. And when I do, you’re not invited to my party.

Is this coming from a kid who says that Kathmandu is the capital of Tibet?

Lmao…

Jeez, I made a mistake. Now LET IT GO.

“Oh yeah? Maybe YOU won’t make 2.5MM and live in a 13MM house. Watch me make 2.5MM and live in a 13MM house. And when I do, you’re not invited to my party.”

No, no I wont. I wouldnt expect to be making that much. Nevertheless, people who own 13 Mil. houses are pretentious a-holes, who spend as much as they can for the pure satisfaction of showing their wealth off to others. Not that it’s your business or anything, but I already have around as much as you said. I am pretty safe right now living a comfortable life. Anything more is for my own gratification.

“speak for yourself. never underestimate others’ potential.
”

I am speaking for myself. I dont expect to make 2.5 Million in twenty years, let alone in my life. I can live happy enough making 1 Mil. or under.

Or people who spend 13 MM on houses could be doing it to reap some rewards for the hard work they have put in.

bull shi7 they do. No one needs a 13 Million dollar house. You can get the same thing (with less land) for two or 3. W T F is the point of a $13 million house?

However, I should note that there are more than thousands of better ways to spend time than to sit in front of a computer stroking oneself while looking at league tables of ibanks (which I have NO DOUBT some on here do).

They simply wanted to thats all. They decided to build a tennis court, an olympic sized pool, and a basketball court. In some parts of the country (Upper east, Greenwich) you can’t even get those with 13MM.

You know we live in a capitalist society where you are allowed to spend money if you want.

I’m aware of that, but I live a much more modest life. I could be ritzy and all with my super awesome $4 mil mansion and ferraris, but thats not me.

Life lesson: You can’t expect everyone to have the same ideals as you. BTW I would never spend anywhere near 13MM for one home. However, I can understand that some people might want to and they are free to do what they wish.

obviously im aware. Just tell me what the purpose of a $13 million house is?

Here we go again:

They simply wanted to. They wanted solid gold toilet seats for all I care. Different people have different ways to get satisfaction and reward themselves for work. Some people may like ridiculous homes, some may like cars, while others may be cheap as hell because they think about how much more they can have while compounding (thats me). Its just perspective.

Actually in 20 years i plan to buy the Saudi Prince’s $135 million house. Its probably nice
