I know a woman who buys from zuilly, she loves them and one time she had an issue and they said just keep it…not worth the value to them for the pick it up. they had made a shipping error.

I also found the email before you can even browse to be offputting so I now ignore the Zulilly ads. I notice that I receive fewer of them since the last time I tried to look was a few months ago.
