Computer Science Trans. NSCC to UML

Composition 1 - A
Java 1 - A
Pre-Calc 1 - A (It's like Algebra 2 )
Pre- CAlc 2 - A (Actual Pre-calculus)
Calculus I - C+
Physics I - C
Composition 2 - A
Discrete Math - B
Macroeconomics - A-
I'd also like to mention that I migrated to the U.S. from Brazil during my HS Freshman Year, and attended a Vocational School (LVTI).
I'm really scared that I won't be admitted to UML due to my poor grades in both Calc I and Physics I, I don't know what happened that semester, I got a girlfriend gained 40 pounds, and became extremely lazy. I know for a fact though that I could've done better since I had less than 35% of all my hw turned in. Next semester should be different, I'm willing to give my all and stop slacking. Next semester I'm taking Calculus II, Physics III (Computer Science Trans. program only requires Phy 1 and Phy 3), C++(Which I heard is much easier than Java 1 at my school), and Database Theory and Applications.

Now let's assume that my GPA remained a 3.28 - 3.33. You guys think I'd be admitted ?
Thank you all for reading this !
