I wasn't enrolled for Spring 2019 so I just put my Fall 2018 grades there. I don't know I was just following the example they provided. For additional info, I typed up a letter. That was basically just to thank them for looking through my application and what I did for the term of Spring 2019 (I worked full time as an office rep at State Farm)
