<p>disconcerting? 90% of the common application is mundane information that takes about an hour to sift through and complete.</p>

<p>I didn’t start until the fall, but my advice to you is to start now. I didn’t apply early to Yale and I’m glad b/c I ended up being deferred then WL’ed at the school I did apply early to b/c my early app was considerably weaker than my regular. It was all b/c i didn’t take the time to work on it over the summer. Right now is a good time to start your essays.</p>
