1 C and 2 Ws?

<p>Hey guys, I am planning to drop a course for this semester and take it over again either over the Summer or next Fall. I am currently in my sophomore year and was wondering how would a college transcript look for grad schools and employers if the report card says you have 1 C and 2 Ws? Would it hurt me or anything? </p>

<p>At my school, if you retake a class you got a W in, the W completely goes away and employers would have no way to see you ever got it. </p>

<p>Don’t sweat getting one C, either. Most employers don’t really care about your grades anyways unless a position comes down to two desireable canditates and grades become the deciding factor as far as who to hire.</p>
