lol @ phail.

it sucked for me too…admissions said it was today. I tried to be nice and inform everyone and I was wrong…sorry. Well we are not hearing over the weekend thats for sure.

Well, Bescraze, I think the only way to redeem yourself is to tell us exactly what “admissions” told you; right? You said, “don’t ask about it” before, but now I really want to know…

You never know when admissions will release. They probably ran into some problems on Friday night. After all, they didn’t publicly guarantee it until April 1st right? So instead of fighting the issue, they just called it quits for the day and went back home for the weekend.

Lol, I was just wondering what the admissions counselor said to him, but I suppose it doesn’t really matter now.

Yea … but for sure next week!

No really bescraze i am mad at you!!Why say 100%?
What did they tell u that made u think that?

^^Exactly 1991. I understand if he said “MAYbE” today and then actually told us what the officer said, but he won’t even tell us that, which is just odd! Also, I’d like to know how he got in touch with an admissions officer because they are insanely swamped right now. Unless he called him/her (which would be kind of rude IMO), I don’t know how he would have gotten a reply so quickly.

I’ve been in touch with the NA recruiter and sent her an email a few days ago and she still hasn’t replied…

So would it be possible that decisions get released on a weekend? Since it could be computer automated? D:

^Don’t get too hopeful. You still need a human to click the SUBMIT button.

awwww really? can’t they set a time and have the computer automatically do it at that time? like task manager or something? still a little hopeful

^ I thought they could do that. I’m really hoping it’ll come today…

i doubt it would come on a weekend. iderno, but my intuition is just saying that it won’t lols.

New email filter:
To: (my email address)@gmail.com
Contains: “Stanford”
Forward to: [my number]@vmobl.com

I’ll be first to know.

BTW look up your phone’s email address at [SMS through E-Mail: Cingular, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, Virgin Mobile | Instant messaging | Tech-Recipes](http://www.tech-recipes.com/rx/939/sms_email_cingular_nextel_sprint_tmobile_verizon_virgin/)

^Just did that! Thanks a lot!

^does it cost extra money to email stuff to your phone besides the normal cost for a text message?

hey,
how did you guys do the email filter thing to send the email msg to sms?
i would like to do it as well! (:

Is anyone curious as to what the admissions counselor said to the OP? Like I said, it doesn’t really matter now, but I’m just curious…why would he say “100%” yet not tell us what the person said? Strange.

Also, like I said before, the admissions office is swamped right now and I highly doubt they would respond to an email asking, “when are decisions going to be released?”…

Lol, it is pretty funny that he got everyone’s hopes up though! ;0!

yes can he answer?bescraze where r u?plz answer the quesion??

It costs you whatever it usually costs you to receive a text. Besides, I have a separate email address that is only for college stuff, so I know that my filter won’t catch random emails that just happen to mention “stanford”. lawl
