<p>EK is correct. On 4/15/05, your father filed his tax return for the year 2004. This is what you should be sending.</p>
<p>theonekid - I misspoke or mis-typed on the other thread. For copies of the tax forms your dad submitted for calendar year 2004, the correct date would be 4/15/05 as the others above have said.</p>
