<p>D made well under limit and does not have to file. I was thinking of filing anyway so I could print out copy of 1040 for verification process which I know I will need. Could I file just the federal and not the State return, since it is not necessary to file, or when I choose to file does this mean I now have to go the whole route and and also do the state return?
