<p>I completed my 12-13 FAFSA in February, but due to issues I do not disclose, was not able to attend ELAC for Fall 12 or Winter 13, but have registered classes for Spring 13.</p>
<p>I already read BOGW deadlines are past, somewhere on their site through browsing, but is it too late to apply for financial aid at their office?</p>
