Hey, I have killer grades in hard classes but my scores are pretty low in comparison to most. So where are you applying if you have lower scores, or where do you think i should apply?
4.0 GPA
In all Honors and 3 AP classes
Captain of Varsity Cheerleading
Lots of EC’s
Good Rec’s
I’d like to stay in the northeast area, I’m from NJ and don’t want to go too far away from home.
Thanks,
Michele

Hmmm… I’ve got a 28 ACT which is like a 1260 so I guess I count.

3.94 u/w
4.6 w
3/~350
tons of county and statewide ECs and leadership in some
sports
job
etc

As a female, I’m applying for engineering at the following:

UMd(instate- safety because of statewide educations stuff and relationships with admissions officers)
UDelaware(not sure… its a better school than what I originally thought)
USouth Carolina (safety)
Lehigh(reach)
Lafayette(reach)
Smith(reach)
Syracuse(match)
Northeastern(match)
UMiami (match)

Bryn Mawr (huge reach, but i don’t care lol)
Villanova (reach academically and financially)
Rowan U (match)
TCNJ (probably match)
Ursinus (Match)
Cabrini (saftey, offered me a schloarship)
Rosemont (Saftey)
Immaculata (Saftey)

Yes I agree with yours. My friend is applying ED to Lehigh with slightly higher sats then me so ill be curious to see if she gets in.

I have a 28 ACT also. I have a 4.0, top 5% of my hs class, and am really involved(do not want to list my stuff).

I am applying ED to GWU, EA to UGA, Tulane, Miami, and UNC, and I already got into South Carolina and Wisconsin. I love USC, so I will probably end up there if the others don’t work out.

Did you get offered scholarships for South Carolina? They’re got the deal where if you get scholarships you get instate tuition(or are you instate already?)
