<p>What are people’s opinions on Peter Capaldi as the 12th doctor? Is anyone else really excited?</p>
<p>I’m not a Whovian, so I’m really a spectator in this.
But it will be interesting to see how he interprets the role
(I am going to miss random Matt Smith gifs on my tumblr dashboard, though)</p>
<p>The two pictures I’ve seen of him remind me of an older David Tennant. That works for me.</p>
<p>I’m not into Doctor Who but I have a few people I follow on Tumblr are. I find it interesting how a lot of people already dislike him because he’s a bit older…but we’ll see how everything goes.</p>
<p>I just get an off feeling about him. He doesn’t fit right. More than Eccleston. But who knows?</p>
