I messed up my SAT II exam by not studying for it due to laziness and ****, ended up with a 670 (Physics) and 660 (Maths Level I). This means a total score of 1330/1600 - how bad is it ? I mean do these scores mean I have no chance at even the lower league Ivy leagues considering that everything else in my profile is with in Ivy range ? What Liberal Arts Colleges like Williams and Amherst ?

Also, are they acceptable for lower ranked liberal arts colleges and universities like Vassar or are they just too low for any top 100 college ?

Your help would be much appreciated.
Regards.

Well, study much much much much much much much much much much more next time you give SAT 2s.
You lazy bum, you didn’t even read all the much’s.
Here,
Let me explain your situation through Physics - What would you be if you were attached to another object by an inclined plane, wrapped helically around an axis?

uh, if you have the time get 800s. No offense but SAT II Physics and Math II are “common sense” and “test of using a GDC proficiently” respectively.

If you are taking it again then you gotta practice. Time your tests but dont leave the test incomplete of time is over, complete the test and note down the time taken. Next time try to reduce that.
Nothing can be done now, a 800 physics was like 89%tile , consider what a 690 would be.

700 for at least two subject SATs should be your goal. If you are a senior, get into the best non-Ivy you can and try to transfer by getting straight As.
