It’s a target. You can get in. But it’s not safe. Your weighted gpa, if like they wait, is in line for the specific college. Your SAT a tad below the 25th percentile.
You need a 2nd assured to match with it.
I wouldn’t be surprised if you get in but I wouldn’t be surprised if you didn’t.

This is my view also. “Not a safety” were the first three words that came to mind.
I think that UIUC is a very good university and it is worth an application. Also apply to safeties.

What major are you applying for? LAS at UIUC has over 70 majors. Some are very selective and should be considered a reach, while others would be a much easier admit.

Psychology. Got back newest SAT this am and it’s now a 1390.

Probably reachy for Psychology…UIUC doesn’t publish psych’s acceptance rate but it is very competitive, rumored to be below 20% acceptance rate. Do you have Psych experience in your activities?
What is your second choice major? That’s going to be critical. You might consider choosing DES (formerly DGS) as your second choice major, to give you the greatest chance to ultimately get into psych. https://dgs.illinois.edu/
