1490 Sat or 33 ACT

Hi everyone, I’m new here and would just like to ask a few questions.

I am an international applicant from the UK and have good GCSE grades (12A) and good A Level predictions (4A), would US colleges place more or less weight on these over my SAT/ACT scores?

Secondly, I am applying for Harvard Early and understand that my US scores are slightly on the low side, as English is not my first language:

October 2017 SAT: 1490 (800Math/690English/waiting for essay)

September 2017 ACT: 33 (34 English/35 Math/ 27 Reading/ 35 Science/ 10 Essay)

Subject Tests: Math 2 - 800/ Physics - 790

Which scores would you recommend to send?

Bump

When scores from the two tests (ACT and SAT) are fairly close to each other like yours are, you should send both if you can afford to do so. The colleges will use to determine admission that test they believe is the better one. In other words, let the college determine which one is better.

thanks for your advice!
