<p>The university sends out your information to all of the merit scholarships you qualify for based on your application. The replies come one by one, there isn’t a specific date when financial aid decisions are released. Outside scholarships are for you to apply for (non- TAMU) on your own. Many are open now for applications. You will have to hunt those down on your own. Good luck!</p>
