Hello!

I have a question about credit hours… and what is manageable.

I have 21 credits from DePaul…so I have 99 more credits I need to complete. Financially, it would be most ideal to be able to graduate in 3 years…of course, I am not sure if that will be possible. I would LOVE to study abroad for all of my junior year…I plan to be an HOD major…so I have been doing a lot of research on how to make that work credit-wise…I am currently enrolled in 15 credit hours…but I am highly considering attempting 18 credit hours. I have 1 econ class, nutrition, english and then 2 HOD classes…In your experience, do you think 18 credit hours would be possible? I am considering adding a third HOD class. Ideally, I’d like to have my 6 HOD core classes completed before I study abroad.

For HOD majors, do you find those classes to be very time consuming?

Thanks for your input
