<p>ucsd also accepted a lot more ppl this year. 49% i believe is the acceptance rate.</p>

<p>it’s all because of the new SAT’s. we’re the guinea pigs. they had to accept more people than they should have.</p>

<p>yeah and sd seems to be a tad more popular this year than most. like how davis used to be.</p>

i bet the movie anchorman increased ucsd’s popularity. people were exposed to san diego life. and i’m sure a few kids think they might actually run into ron burgundy. (hopefully, though, those are the kids that didn’t get accepted)</p>
