<p>in order to participate in sports and compete, is the age limit 19 and under or 18 and under?? just wondering, cuz it seems as though so many ppl at boarding school are much much older than the average “grade age”, ie graduating at 19 as opposed to 17. wouldn’t this keep PG’s from participating in competitions?</p>

<p>im wondering cuz im due to graduate at 18 and am tempted to repeat another grade, but i definitely wouldn’t want to miss out on sports(!)</p>

<p>well, if it’s 19 AND under, then you’re fine, as long as you don’t repeat 2 grades.</p>

<p>It’s going to depend on the regs of the specific athletic league. Best bet is to ask the coach of the sport you are interested in at the school you are interested in. </p>

<p>I know of one league that limits football teams to 4 PGs.</p>
