1900 vs. 2000

You know how colleges view 2300 like a 2400? Well, do they view 1900 as similar to 2000, or is there a difference in their eyes?

I do think the reason colleges view 2300+ as equal is because they dont get many applicants with scores that high. So really the question I should be asking is; where are you applying? Obviously schools like uc Irvine or santa Barbara would see them the same going back to not many applicants with those scores, but schools like UCLA or Cal would. I actually got verry similar scores without prepping that much, so now im cramming to get it 2200+, bottom line it is doable, so do it!

To answer your question, the schools i’m applying to (not safeties), University of Washington, UC Berkeley (I know, 1900 is a low score for Berkeley), University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, Lewis and Clark in Portland.

Hey yeah, Im applying Berkeley too maybe ill see you there! When did you apply? If it was this year than you probably should have already heard back if you were in. otherwuse STUDY over the summer A LOT and get that up… You still have time! :)

If I get in, there’s a good chance I’d go since Berkeley is my 2nd choice school. I’m applying this year (HS Class of 2013). Trust me, I’ve already started studying.

Yeah, I wouldnt even think about not going lol
