The SAT score is a little better, but they are close enough that you should send both.

honestly i’d retake the ACT (without writing) if you could. you might be able to squeak out a 30 or 31… it just depends on the test.

I guess it wouldn’t hurt to send in both, and yeah I plan on retaking it once more my senior year.

bump!!!

I’m going to be applying to UCs and out of state schools, and I heard that for some universities I could send in either SAT-R and ACT, OR SAT-R and SAT II’s. In my circumstances, would it be best to send in all of my test scores? And is my SAT-R really better than my ACT?? I thought a 29 is equivalent to like a 1980-2040. plzz help bump

Send everything in, because there is a marginal difference in ACT and SAT.

[ACT Conversion chart](http://www.pacificathleticalliance.com/ACTConversionchart.htm)

29 ACT = 1920 SAT

Also I would send those SAT II’s in, they are definitely respectable.

If they are both that close, I would just send one!
