1st time SAT for college sophmore/junior transfer

I am taking my first SAT this Oct. I am a sophmore and I will apply as a junior transfer. I planned on applying to Rice, Georgetown, Chicago, Northwestern, and some liberal arts schools if I score above a 1300. Now I am unsure if a 1300 is good enough. How do you guys think my SAT score will be viewed as a college student? Any different than a HS student? Your thoughts on the score I need would be appreciated.

I feel as if 1300 is a minimum. Try to score above 1350 though.

But SAT has changed so…try to score above 650 on all three of them

At schools such as Cornell, it is part of the file so you’d need to take it if you haven’t taken it before (unless you have other standardized-test scores). However, they have less importance in transfer admissions than in freshman admissions. For top schools such as the ones you’ve mentioned, a higher score can’t hurt. ;)
