I am currently a junior. I will take my first SAT I in coming June. I only expect to have 1900. I have questions about the score report.
I expect my first time SAT socre will be bad and I don’t want it appear on my score report. IF I want to “see” how well I do on SAT before I have something on the score report, can I simply create 2 different account in collegeboard.com with same personal information?
Let’s say I have 2 accounts of XYZ and ZYX.
I will use XYZ as my “real” and score-sending account. And then, I will use ZYX as the “testing” account. Whenever I feel not confident, I can use my “testing” account to see how well I do on the tests(SATI or II).
Is it possible to have 2 separate score reports/records with same personal info because of 2 different accounts?
(Please kindly don’t blame me on my poor english/expected SAT score! I just want to discuss the technical problems about score report.)
Thank you!

i really don’t think you are allowed to that. i mean, it is a brilliant idea, and therefore i’m sure someone thought of that and cb came up with a way to put that option out of the way.

You can’t do that.

When I first registered, I created 1 account. After I got my score back and wanted to take it again… I didn’t know how to register for another test in the same account. So, I tried making a new account to sign up for the test again.

However, the collegeboard people gave me an error message when signing up with a new account saying that ‘there was an another account already signed up with this information’… It seems that the CB database records your info like where you live/date of birth and makes sure no one else signs up again with the same info.

I tried to set up 3 accounts with same personal information but with different e-mail address. And I CAN do that. So, the problem —‘there was an another account already signed up with this information’—can be easily solved by using different e-mail address.
Proved: Collegeboard only checks yr e-mail!
But, one of my concerns is will 2 accounts give 2 different score reports?

Collegeboard isn’t stupid. You can’t beat the system. They also track you by your school. You have to provide your school so they can send score reports to them. If you include a fake school or a school that you don’t attend, I’m sure the people at the school will contact Collegeboard, which is a red flag to Collegeboard and most likely will investigate.

I just think it’s not wise to try to fool the CB… Most people take the exam at least twice so don’t worry too much about a poor first try.

You could always sign up your fake account to your grandparents address and phone number.
