I am planning on living in a unit on the corner of San Pablo and University Ave next year. However, the unit is about 10 feet east of San Pablo (almost on the corner). The P&T office map outlines is intersection as one of the boundaries but states that if you live on the line you are ok for a permit. How strict are they on this. Will I not be able to get a permit because I am literally 10 feet in? I need to sign the lease, so i need to know as soon as possible and they won’t be able to respond until Monday, so if anyone can let me know, that would be great.</p>
