<p>ometimes the hardest schools to get into are not the ivys…not all the ivys are extremely hard to get into O.o</p>

<p>umm i made 3 C’s sophmore year… due to some events that wont be mentioned… i have a 3.6/4.0 gpa bc i worked my butt off to get it back up… if u show improvement (to straight A’s or maybe a 1 b here and there like i did) they usually dont give a damn</p>

<p>look at the “what are my chances” post… i got into 4 safetys and all of which are full rides… the other places are where i applied</p>
<p>they IVYs are a crapshot for 4.0s…many don’t get in, while others with than perfect transcripts do</p>
<p>so don’t just focus on the Ivys, no one should</p>
<p>The answer to Question 1 has nothing to do with what colleges you’re applying to. It has to do with your high school. Colleges see only what your high school sends. If your school sends the 6 week averages, the colleges see them. If your school sends semester grades, that’s all the colleges see. This is a question for your guidance counselor.</p>
