+200 points in three weeks

Is it possible? 2240 to 2400 from now to the March 10 SAT?

Better to take in March and go all-out next three weeks, or take it in June and practice a little each day until then? If your life depended on it, do you think you could raise from a 2240 to 2400 by March 10? (obviously extreme, just wondering if you think it is humanly possible for a 2240er…)

Did you feel that the 2240 was the extent of your limitations? Did you have one section where you just failed? If so, then I wouldn’t be surprised if you got yourself a 2400

There were really no extreme outliers - 770, 760, 710

Plan:
Direct Hits 1 + 2
Skim SparkNotes 1000
Silverturtle grammar guide
Read entire blue book
Read entire Barron’s SAT 2400
Do BB tests 6-10

Don’t burn yourself out though. While that studying is manageable, one of my friends went all out for a few weeks and went from a 2270 to a 2150.

That’s what I’m afraid of… I certainly wouldn’t want a downward trend.

Sorry to ask in this thread, but I am in a similar situation. I also made a 2240.

680 CR
760 M
800W

Math is my best section by far, that 760 is just a result of a careless mistake or two. Is it realistic to bring the 680 up to 750 or even 800 by March?

To ARobins: Out of all those books you listed above, which one do you think is the best for the critical reading and writing sections?
