2000? Possibilities

My SAT scores are about 2000.
I score 700s on my math, high 600s on Writing, but very low on my critical reading (about 600).
With these scores, can I get into Tufts, Swarthmore, or UCLA?
Also, what can i do to improve my critical reading scores quickly?
Thanks.

For UCLA, that could rest on whether you are in-state or out-of-state; remember, UC is a public university system and so Californians come first.

According to their websites,

http://www.swarthmore.edu/x320.xml

and

both Swarthmore and Tufts take the highest score from each individual section of the SAT. So, if you re-take and score in the 600s for math but 700s for critical reading and writing, Swarthmore and Tufts will consider you to have all three scores in the 700 range. UCLA, on the other hand, takes the scores from the single sitting in which you scored highest - you must do very well in all three sections at the same time.

If you are in-state, 2000 is probably OK for UCLA - it’s certainly in range, but not above average. If you are out out-of-state, and you can’t raise your single-sitting total score, UCLA could be difficult.
