<p>I was doing the fourth practice test from the 2006 blue book and wanted explanations for the questions I missed. Are the solutions online or is there a place I can find them?</p>

<p>All the explanations are on CB’s website except for the first test. Just add three to the test number that you are on and that will be the test that you look at for explanations. For example, on test 4 = test 7 on the website.
