Who’s applying for this this year? And what kinds of things to they want for exhibits? I’m confused about that.

haha, funny that you asked this, I just looked this up on CC earlier today to try and find some answers myself!

For me, I scanned a lot of my certificates I got for various things and put them in. I’m also going to try and find some of my old play programs and scan them in.

I hope this helps? Best of luck!

Oh ok. I looked up the answer on CC earlier today too, but most people who said they just scanned their award thought they took the easy way out and didn’t think they were going to get it.
But thanks! I’ll do that too.

My DS made it to the national level and he just scanned in certificates, newspaper articles where he was featured, awards, letters from people thanking him for charity work, etc. He just received his local check at college and his national check which will be for 4 years…best of luck!

Would you mind posting his or her stats if u remember them?

AND what about if I included some articles I’ve written for my school newspaper (Editor-in-chief)? Would those count as exhibits?

Yes, the articles would be good…he was salutatorian, 4.88 GPA, 33 ACT, 7 AP’s, Pell Grant Recipient. Hope this helps.

4.88 on a 5.0 scale? I’m not familiar with this. I have a 3.8 out of 4.0. Is that close to the same thing?
Thanks.

4.88 out of 4.0…he had all A’s throughout all his years and many quality point classes

Oh, so that’s his weighted average?

yes, his unweighted was a 4.0./4.0
