January 30, 2013 Deadline for online submission of student’s recommendations
January 31, 2013 Deadline for online submission of student’s Faculty Representative’s nomination
February 1, 2013 Mail receipt deadline for all supporting documents.
February 2013 Scholarship Review Committee meets to recommend finalists to the Foundation Board of Trustees.
Mid-March 2013 The 2013 Goldwater Scholars and Honorable Mentions approved by the Board of the Barry Goldwater Scholarship and Excellence in Education Foundation.
Late March 2013 All nominees and their faculty representatives are notified of their final status in the competition.</p>
