2010 Intel STS... =)

I made INTEL STS Finals!!!

Congratulations! Good luck to all finalist CCers!

Congrats to Intel STS People! I am proud to say I met two of them at Siemens Regional finals 1

Congrats!! (to both finalists and all of you who made semifinalists!!)

Hello all,
So i’m planning on entering STS next year and i was just wondering what advice you past competitors have for the app/projects or any thoughts and comments on the overall process. Looking forward to hearing from all you amazing ppl

Thanks!

I am a sophomore and would like to do a research project (and maybe even enter it in Intel STS or Siemens) but I’m not entirely sure how to get the ball rolling. I’ve heard of people starting projects at summer programs, but other than that I’m not sure. any advice?

Sorry to add onto the bump, what kinds of projects did you semifinalists and finalists do?

Hey I’m entering intel this year and for my project I’m doing theoretical physics involving Noether’s theorem. The project will mostly be mathematically based involving calculus of variations and partial differential equations, I won’t give a lot of detail about my project because I’m a little idea paranoid. However does a very mathematical rigorous project that mostly addresses a theoretical question have a good chance in intel.

i dont think so for these competitoins, i think they want concrete results
