2011 FOCUS clusters

Colleges & Universities Duke University

I got accepted into Duke early decision, and I’m interested in the FOCUS program. I got an email saying that this year you can apply as early as February 1st. I looked over the different topic clusters on their website, only to realize that they were the 2010 choices. According to the email, the new clusters should have been added to the website on the 15th. Are they just behind schedule or am I looking in the wrong place? Also, how much does the variety of clusters change from year to year? Will some of the same 2010 clusters be offered in 2011?

Thanks in advance.

They’re probably just behind. You could try emailing them. The person’s name is Pam Riley, I think, the information should be on the website. They are usually very prompt about emails.

Some of the clusters will be the same, and I know some won’t be offered. For example, my cluster, Power of Ideas (which I had a great experience with) won’t be there next year, unfortunately.
