2011 Mailed Scores (post when your state gets it!)

For everyone who is saying…“it’s just $8”, think about it like this…that $8 (per test) could be used to feed starving kids in Africa…so just wait for the mail :)

Nothin in the 201 of NJ.

Just to add my two sense in to the argument… Some people (like me) didn’t see a reason to save their ap code number. I cleaned out my backpack at the end of the school year and threw my ap book away. If I had my number, I probably would have called, but since I don’t have my number (I also didn’t put my social security number on the answer sheet), I’m impatiently waiting for my scores to come in the mail. I’m sure other people are in the same boat.

So yeah, the $8 isn’t always the issue

No, it’s $8 per call. And the money you spent to take that AP test could have been used to feed starving kids in Africa. Why were you so awful as to waste your money on some stupid test rather than help them?

Ashbod – you can actually call Collegeboard and they will tell you your ap number if you give them some Id info.

@OtherWindow my mistake on the per test part, but most schools in my area paid for the tests so the students dont have to pay. I personally think that a person who is so eager for their scores and can’t wait a few days is going to go insane with college apps because colleges take forever to hear back from (unless they have early admission). Might as well learn the art of patience my fellow $8 spenders; it’ll go along way in the future.

No… I meant zip code 301**, but my area code is 770.

me bad.

@CPUScientist3000

@ Ashbod. two cents. Like the money. Not two sense, like logic. Your future english teachers will thank you

Gah. Georgia best get them tomorrow (well today if you’re nitpicky about the wee hours of morning).

Crossing fingers for today in Arkansas. I have a job interview in the afternoon and a midnight showing of Harry Potter (so excited) tonight. I won’t be home at all today, so really hoping the results arrive ASAP!

I wish my scores would come in soon…nothing in florida yet

hoping they’ll come today in NY. but i won’t be home until around 4 so i’ll have to wait

Nothing in FL yet… (327)

my rents got billed over 600…haha they were like what is this for???
fingers crossed
but guys, seriously, i understand your eagerness but not your fear- if you get a score one less that what you hoped for, many colleges allow you to bypass the introductory courses by placement test, too, so if you really deserved a 4 or 5 and got a 2 or 3 cuz of sickness, fatigue, luck (or lack thereof), etc, you have a shot to get back in there. Some schools (Cornell, for one) allow you to take the honors class without the AP score or placement exam (I believe, if I’m wrong please tell me!!!) at your own risk.

So I’m hoping for all 5’s (except in chemistry…hate it. more of a math/physics/french/latin/writing/anythingbutchem guy) and that lone 4. But I, for one, know that i would love to get a 5 instead of a 4 in Psych, the subject that I self studied (for 2 days nonstop), to see my efforts (as maligned as they may be) pay off.

nj got them…well i did lol

Apparently a friend of mine in NYC got his scores yesterday. He lives in the Bronx, not sure what zip. Maybe the rest of NYC gets theirs today.

Just my too sense, Pennsylvania better receive they’re scores two day other wise I’m gonna freak…

NY got them this day last year…July 13 or 14 I forget so NY should get them today, if not then definitely tomorrow.

Even if college board is gonna mail them out so late, a mailing schedule would be nice.

Also, can I still be an AP scholar if i got 3 or above on three AP exams but one of them was last year and 2 this year?

You guys are idiots with the arguing. Ive been checking this thread everyday to see which state gets scores and now im getting spammed by you guys? Just post if your state gets scores, sheesh!

Iowa 319 got mine, twin sister, however, did not
5 on calc(s), 4 on psych, 3 on physics B
