2011 National Merit Commended Cutoff score or percentile?

<p>I have scored in 97 percentile (Selection Index score). Would I get commended?</p>

<p>I believe that generally Commended is all those above 96th percentile. If this is the case, then most likely you would be commended. :)</p>

<p>The NMSQT commended cutoff is usually 200 to 202 or so, because it is usually determined in terms of your selection index, or exact number score.</p>
