<p>Thanks to a generous donation from the Phillips Family, the National Weather Association Council established a college scholarship fund which began in 2010. </p>

<p>Undergraduate students only. Currently enrolled freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors entering their final semester in January 2012 are eligible. </p>
