<p>They have already posted admissions decisions on the webportal as of 8:30 am Cali time.</p>
<p>Yeah…the decisions are already out but the site is down due to maintenance so haven’t viewed the decision :/</p>
<p>UCSD myapplication has been down “due to maintenance” and said “to check back later on in the day.”</p>
<p>I swear, they are ■■■■■■■■ us. Who decided to do “maintenance” on the decision day?</p>
<p>This is almost as bad as the ddos attack on the application server the night it was due.</p>
<p>i think ‘maintenance’ means that their logging in every one’s decisions right now!!! I’ve read from others from previous year that this happens at other school. the day the decisions go up, the site goes down for maintenance so that they can change everything</p>

<p>I doubt that they are changing anything. Im sure there are just a ridiculous amount of applicants trying to log in and the site just can not take it. Same thing happened the day the applications were do for uc’s, to many people trying to access one website and the server could not handle it.</p>

well, sry for the rejection, but do aware that UC is a strongly GPA (especially uw) orientated school. If you look at their admission stats, any one with a lower than 3.8 uw are very likely to be rejected. And your standardized testing score is not strong enough to make up for it.</p>
<p>Anyways, this year many good people are rejected (sad).</p>
