I thought it was pretty hard. I’m solid at the matching Q’s. What is a fair score on the MC to get a 4, and how are the scores calculated?

i think it all depends on what your teacher taught you.

How to calculate APES score:

of MC correct x 0.9090

of points on all 4 FRQ x 1.5

You add those two values together, and that should give you your composite score.

Here is the curve:

5: 107-150
4: 87-106
3: 75-86
2: 62-74
1: 0-61

Okay, so based on whats stated above ^ i for sure at LEAST got a 3… phew!! lol

I just came home. S***. I hate the counselor who made me take this crappy class. I am scared if it will look bad to get 4 on APES… If I get 4, I will put my ass on each girl’s face at my school and do the Fart of Doom .

I did okay on MC, but did awesome on FRQ part.

does anyone remember 2nd question of MC part? I just want to confirm i got it right

I’m feeling pretty confident that I got a 5, but am absolutely positive that I got at least a 4, which is all I need to get credit at the college I’m attending. I screwed up a small bit of math (iii of the free response with math), which resulted in iv subsequently being wrong, but I’m not too worried about it. There were so many darn parts to those free response questions and I got sick of being asked for “TWO examples of ____”, but I think I did pretty well on them. The problem with the multiple choice is that it’s easy to think you’re completely right, but be entirely off.

adcomb

It had to do with a school

No. I am talking about Multiple Choice part, not the FRQ

I’m pretty sure i got everything right for the first 2 frq questions. ask me if you need help.

Did anyone put wind energy for last question on 2nd set on Multiple choice ?

What was the question?

I think I put biomass, not wind energy…that was one of the ones I really wasn’t positive of.

the question was the most common renewable energy, right?

yea the most commonly used renewable energy is biomass

biomass is 2nd most common

what was the 2nd question?

I’m almost positive the most commonly used renewable source of energy is hydroelectric power. At least that’s what I put. :P

i mean… how are we supposed to know what is the most common global renewable energy, freakin college board?
