Can anyone PLEASE give me the 2008 test/answers?? I will be forever in your debt.

^^ I don’t even know what those are…looks like I’m going to be raped

2007 Test and answers: http://dasilvapsychology.■■■■■■■■■■/uploads/8/4/5/0/8450293/ap_practice_exam1.pdf

Dude that’s psych…this is environmental science.

oops! sorry. wrong thread >.<

everyone, good luck!!! I got two tomorrow…I will be so happy with a 4 on the APES…but it seems so hard.

Why does everyone say it’s hard? I remember 99% of CCers laughed at APES.

Most of these people will laugh at it later.

I am at Low 5 range, so I have to study butt off to get 5 !

Holy sh**, if someone says APES is easy, i am going to FART on her face.

Sooo… I decided to pull an all nighter for this one. I have back to back APs for the next 3 days, so this should be interesting how it works out. This is a self study btw and I started studying less than 48 hours ago XD Based on the 1998 exam, I’ll get a very solid 5, but my scores vary significantly when I use Barron’s (score in the high 3/low 4 range) and Princeton (5 range). Not sure what to think

Cramming rest of APES before exam. Good luck to all!

What do you guys think of the test?

KKLAJGLKAKGHAKGHAFGLKJ

^My thoughts on that exam.

Wow. Okay.

I thought the multiple choice was pretty darn easy (80%+ for me), but the FRQs…

OH.MY.GOD.

Sadly, my knowledge of the thing the first FRQ (ends in ing! :stuck_out_tongue: ) was on was pretty limited. We spent no more than 10 minutes speaking about in class and it never appeared on any of our tests besides one or two multiple choice questions. All of my knowledge was based upon what I had learned from the news.

I think I got the first, and second steps in the math question right. I definitely did the third wrong (and therefore had the incorrect answer), but used the correct formula for the fourth one. Overall, I’d say I got about 80% on the multiple choice and a 50% on the FRQs. Is that enough for a 4?

I think you should be all right for a 4. I’m in the same boat – I thought the multiple choice questions were mostly quite easy and then the FRQs beat me into submission. The first one wasn’t too bad as we’d recently reviewed the topic in class.

(Are we allowed to talk about the questions outright yet? I can’t think of any place in the U.S. where they haven’t yet started the exam…)

I agree. MC was easy. I don’t think I did well on the math part, except for like the second part of the math question, and maybe the first, but I was so confused I moved on to the others.

@eljamas

80 x 0.9090 = 72.72
20 x 1.5 = 30

72.72 + 30 = 102.72

That should be a high 4. The curve for a 5 is about 107 out of 150. The curves this year may be slightly different. You could get a 5 if the curve for a 5 is slightly lower this year.

@JustinFeelsDizzy

My teacher said the reason the FRQ can’t be discussed until after 48 hours has passed is because people taking the exam internationally that are hours behind us will get hints as to what the FRQ will be about. Then they’ll study it and have an advantage over us.

Oh, that makes sense. You would think the College Board would administer a different exam to international students :P

I guess they want everyone to have an equal shot at the AP Exam, and not to let anyone be at a disadvantage. Like they don’t want the US exam to be easier than the International one.
