Extracurriculars?
Job/Work Experience: Part-time as a cashier
Volunteer/Community service: N/A
Achievements/Awards: N/A
Personal Statement: I’m ambivalent about it - I thought it could’ve been better. Also, my first prompt was geared more towards UCLA Comms, but I suppose it was alright! I was very honest, and used the “Additional Comments” section to explain a multitude of W’s and Academic Renewals for courses I took while in high school. My 2nd essay did not focus on any of my setbacks at all but was a more light-hearted essay about how running is a reflection of my outlook on life.

Country (if international applicant): N/A
School Type: CC
Ethnicity: Asian
Gender: Female
Income Bracket: Below 50K

Strengths: Perhaps my upward trend (4.0 at current CC) and honesty in my essays
Weaknesses: Many W’s, Academic Renewals, did not finish all prereqs!
Why you think you were accepted/rejected: ^^^
General Comments: I’m so happy - I cannot tell you guys how down I was about my past grades. Because of my past CC record, I thought I would NEVER be accepted to a UC, much less LA and Cal - but I told myself that if I didn’t try, I’d never know. Now it’s going to be incredibly difficult to choose between the two. But I’m so grateful!

Hi guys ! I hope you can help me with my situation (maybe some of you had the same problem or something). Myberkeleyapplication has been unavailable or 2 months !!! When I log in, it says “Your application is not currently available or display. If you have any questions about your admission status, call Admissions Office”….So I called them 3 weeks ago and they said that they were “working” on my application and that I would be able to log in on 27th to find out my admission status. But it’s still the same !!!
Any ideas why did this happen and what does it mean ??? Nobody at the Admissions office tells me anything…….i’m so nervous and angry !!
Thanks in advance !
