** 2012 UCSD Transfer Decisions Thread **

same here. 08/27/2012 7:00 PM

Haha I wish I had your guy’s time! 08/28 at 7:25AM T___T. Have you guys been looking at the classes and planning out your schedule?

Where do you guys see the date n time for enrollment? Also, do any of you have holds on your records still like the enrollment hold, or…? I have two holds one for ENRL and one for my TB testing that I already turned in and they still haven’t removed them :confused: ahh!

I don’t have any holds.

Go to My Tritonlink > Login > Classes and Enrollment drop down menu - select Webreg > Fall 2012/Undergrad hit submit > Click Enrollment Appt Times > FA12 Submit > Should show your time

@jdom24, thanks! Sweet, I got 8/27 11am!

Transcripts still not validated.

Also, I am taking some summer classes, does ucsd need that updated transcript as soon as possible? Could it delay enrollment?

Enrollment Time for Fall 2012:

Start date/time: Monday, 08/27/2012 4:40 PM

@shizzz, how many cc transcripts did you have? Wondering if more takes longer, i had 8 cc transcripts. I know…

@durper

I only went to one CC, so just one! I’m pretty sure since you have more than one that were most likely sent and received at different times, that’s why it’s taking a while for you and some others. Also, it depends on your college advisement center too, I’m in ERC – some colleges start reviewing transcripts a little later than others. I would say if they aren’t validated by mid-August, you should contact your college/college advisement center. :slight_smile: hope that helps!

dang my enrollment time is 08/28/2012 7:10 AM…

hey guys does anyone know when is the early move-in date for the village? how about the regular move-in date? thanks :)

I just applied for the Village late and was wondering if you guys know how I could possibly request for a higher floor or change to a higher floor? I haven’t got assigned my room yet but I’m assuming it’ll be on a lower floor and I’m really bummed out about that .-.

For those who had to get a TB test done.

Did you or the doctors office mail the form to UCSD. And do you know if your doctors office stamped it or anything like that to make it official.

I just got mine done and the doctors office said they have no official stamp or anything like that… -_-

@ragingzero: my login time to choose a room for the village was quite late and I didn’t see anymore higher level rooms available unfortunately, i didn’t get one myself :frowning: I’m a girl though so maybe it’s different for the guys.

@Ddark12: I mailed my tb test myself through ups. Mine got stamped and signed by the doctors office. Did you get yours signed at least to make it official?

@Ddark12

There is no seal or stamp, nor is it required. Just a signature and date like it says on the the TB screening form. My doctor faxed it over to the Health Services Center (fax # is on the top left corner of the form).

Yeah the doctor signed and wrote his name on the form. I’m just a bit worried because I thought they would at least stamp it or something… cuz anyone could have signed it and no one would ever know.

But I’m probably just overreacting… I should be good. :)

Anyways, how long did it take them to update your status? Did you call after you faxed to confirm?

@Ddark12, you should be fine! And for me, they did it the same day I sent mine in. I faxed it Aug. 3 and when I came home to check, my status was already updated! :)

@Ddark12

I got my form signed 8/2, and called that day to confirm, but they said they don’t know if the fax was received since they have about 300 faxes coming in everyday. However, I checked my status the next day 8/3 and it was updated/received. So, it shouldn’t take too long!

Anyone taking the MPE tomorrow?

Has anyone already taken the MPE? If so, do you know if they have the same questions on the test that they have on the practice test (excluding the extra 15 questions added on the actual test)?

Sent from my MB865 using CC

@shiizzz, I took it last month! It isn’t too bad at all. If you took the practice one online and did fine, you should be okay on the actual MPE as well. The questions aren’t the same, but every single topic covered in the practice is in the actual one. The actual test is only like uhm… 60 questions I believe. :)

@dostranvia, thanks!! Do you know how many we’re allowed to miss and still pass?
