<p>I believe the 2012 Ross BBA class profile (2nd attached link and copied below) is newly released. Interesting compared to the 2011 (1st attached link and copied below).</p>
<p>Even with increasing applicants, with 80 more admissions you’d expect the acceptance rate to stay the same or rise slightly. Looks like it did rise very slightly from 37.4% in 2011 to 39.9% in 2012. </p>
<p>Initially it is surprising to see what appears to be the number of applicants dropping but I don’t think they are apples to apples. I believe the 2011 data includes Preferred Admission Applicants and the 2012 doesn’t (as it says Regular Admission Apps but the 2011 doesn’t say that). I also am guessing that the “Number Attending” includes Preferred Admit in the 2012 numbers but not 2011. </p>
<p>Also there is a drop of in-state acceptances from 44% to 35%. Surprisingly the % of women dropped from 34% to 30%.</p>
