pigs~it’d be interesting if the decision came obnoxiously early like tomorrow or something. we’d all go into shock lol.
ravenbelle~although I am technically asian, I can safely say that I am the only indian in the group atm. mwahaha :]

Ahh if it were earlier, that would totally throw me off!! I planned all my activities and such around that date so anytime sooner would disrupt my mental preparation for looking up my decision. lol

But wasn’t Stanford’s out last year on the 12th?

Yeahh that’s true :[ I used to think that being asian was GOOD for college admissions. then CC sent all my hopes and dreams crashing to the ground, haha

I think the earliest would be the 14th [monday]. 'cause…I think one year the 15th fell on a saturday, so the decisions came out the following monday. so monday would be the earliest? idk, that didn’t make much sense

LOL the fb group is hilarious. nice title. 2 weeks from tomorrow ahhhh!!!
i keep praying they’ll release decisions a bit earlier…like on friday the 11th. then i can spend the weekend crying at home (or fingers crossed celebrating.) tuesday seems like such a random day.

Baaahhh! I hate the decision date too. I have finals the day after…and the day after that. As of right now, my plan is not to look until after finals. It’s going to be the hardest thing I’ve ever done.

Does anyone know what TIME decisions come out on the 15th? Do they email us, or will we need to check?

i just joined the face book group 2nd indian, i guess, chibistar :)

you guys, how weird is it that, for some of us, our high school career will be pretty much done with in 15 days? I’ve been totally freaking out about it!

^chibistar6… you may be the only indian, but I’m most definitely the only southasian from the country I was born in on this thread! I would say where from, but who knows, might be too revealing bc its so unique! I’m a little weary of the fb site in regards to admissions officers/anyway it might be seen/frowned upon/or in anyway hurt out applications?!? Sorry, I don’t mean to be a worrywart, just wanna make sure no one gets screwed for something that seems harmless :)

geeezus no wonder these top schools turn away so many asians
i didn’t realize the proportion of asians would be THIS big!!

forget asians being victims of discrimination/AA
asians would flood every top school(like 99.99999% of the population) if there were no quotas!!!

Did Yale request the first Q grades from any of you or did any of you self-report them anyway? Does anyone know what the consensus/particular behavior of Yale is on the matter of 1st quarter grades for SCEA decisions?
