2016 - 2017 USC Transfer

@dtrojan112 from what I remember from last year’s thread, people started receiving their financial aid package after receiving their acceptance letter in the mail

@dtrojan112 nah we don’t. I think it said something about how our TCR (transfer credit report) and financial aid would come minimum three weeks after sending in your enrollment deposit.

Do you mean you don’t get a financial aid offer until after you SIR? Or am I just misinterpreting that

Wahhh Iris? You went to my high school!! Sean and Fahad say they never see you bahaha

Has anyone been checking Oasis?

Does anyone have access to Oasis this year at all? The first wave of decisions should be out within two weeks according to past trends!! The wait is almost over. FINALLY

@tinarose I don’t have access to Oasis. Have you been able to log in?

How do you log onto Oasis? And I thought that was just a myth

Use your ID and password if I remember correctly is your b-day.

@hitherto I got the message “You have entered an invalid ID, please try again.” so i don’t have access at all. From the current posts, it seems like nobody has access to it this year. Please speak up if anyone can access Oasis!

With the earlier than normal wave of TPP acceptances, I thought for sure we would be hearing back earlier than normal… guess not :frowning:

How do you see what major you applied as? Is it on you.usc.edu in document library or on the common app? I can’t find it

I have access to it.

If I am not mistaken some people have access to it and others don’t. From what I understand it means nothing.

@grimmghost It’s on the Common App

@Probtransfer pretty much. When you filed your PROFILE or FAFSA, if you did, it gave you an estimate of your EFC if that means anything. Yeah, that kind of sucks :frowning:

@tinarose I haven’t been able to go on OASIS either

Are you guys using your 6 digit b-day for the password? I believe that is what I used when I first logged on.

I’ve been able to login on OASIS everyday to see if my restrictions change, thats a sign that there has been a decision made on your application and you should hear back soon.

Based on the threads from the past years, if you are able to log-on to OASIS before the official admission decision and see your STAR report filled out, that means that you’ve been accepted. The caveat is that if you are NOT able to, that doesn’t necessarily mean that you are rejected; your app may still be under review.

@tinarose @js119999 Make sure to use your USC ID without dashes for ID, and birthday (MMDDYY, no dashes) for your password.

@ElevatedThinking I haven’t heard back yet but I was able to log onto OASIS! I’m not seeing anything on for the STAR report though?
