Marshall applicant here, just got an SGR as well !!
My Spring quarter doesn’t end until June though, so I guess it’s the waiting game for me now haha.
my semester ends first week of June, so I won’t hear back until mid late June. I am on track to getting 6 A’s and possibly one B (aiming for A)
@IBProspect123 I think since they are reviewing our applications, decisions should start rolling in a few days.
@truehappiness what are your stats?
Is an SGR a good sign? Despite the fact they haven’t decided to rejected you

2 GE’s in progress, along with another quarter of Calculus, and another quarter of Econ.
2 GE’s (Arts, Citizenship) looking to fulfill at USC, if I get in.

@Sxsxjx SGR just means they want more information from you before they can make a decision.
For those that got a SGR, did you receive an email notification as well?
@Sxsxjx SGR just means they want more information from you to make the final decision. For example in my case I still have my business calc and english class in progress. They want to see how well I did in those classes and what other classes I’m taking this semester? they also look for are if the classes taken are towards GE, major requirement and etc.
@pomeranian4rich no I did not receive no email notification. I was checking my portal over 10 times a day. lol but I will stop now since I got an SGR.

Haha, I hope so! I should be able to do well this quarter, but I’m a bit worried about my Physics Lab … which converts to only around 0.67 Semester Units. They shouldn’t place too much importance on that grade so long as I do well in Calculus and Econ, I hope.
I didn’t receive any email notification either … I just received the SGR message via the yousc portal.

Just logged into my portal and although theres no messages under “check status of your application”, I clicked on submit application documents and it says I need to submit my transcript from the school I currently attend. I did not see this under required documents earlier on in the week but it popped up when I logged in today. I already sent in my transcript when I turned in my application in February and it says they received it. Is this just another way of asking me for my spring grades? Like an indirect SGR? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
That’s weird … I see that under my ‘Required Documents’ too, but in my case, I received an SGR.
So either they did mean to give you an SGR, but failed to update the message, or it’s like that for everyone.
@truehappiness haha after I read this i just got the message under check your application status. Its an SGR. 
I don’t see no documents under Required Documents, huh thats weird.
